100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)

Directions

To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine every items inside a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing so the sugar melts. Then, remove from the heat allowing it to reach room temperature fully. Pour into an sterilised bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to a month.

For the Batch Mix: Combine the specified spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.

For serving: Measure 85ml of the premix to a mixing glass packed with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Strain into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch using a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
